An additional charge of €25,00 per night is applied for each extra person.
For children up to 13,99 years, we charge a surcharge of €15,00 per child.
Children under 3 years stay with us for free.
The local tax is 2,40 € per person per day (from 14 years). We kindly ask you to pay this at the end of your stay.
Pets: Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed!

Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 4 days in the off-season and 7 days in the high season. For shorter stays, we charge a cleaning surcharge of 80,00€.
Payment and cancellation conditions
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount. With the receipt of the deposit and the sending of the booking confirmation, the booking is considered binding. We only accept bookings in written form. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation. Please note that only cash payment or bank transfer is possible on the premises. ATMs can be found in the vicinity. Payment by credit or debit card is not possible.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions: Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. In this case, only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the stay, we charge 50% of the agreed total price, for cancellations less than 30 days before, 100%.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge the full price of the stay.
Explicit reference is made to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when booking. This can save you unnecessary costs if you have to cancel your holiday at short notice.
South Tyrol Guest Pass
During your holiday, you receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass for free, with which you can enjoy many benefits.

Arrival and departure
Our holiday apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. to allow thorough cleaning for the next guest.
